Our Mission

The Fort Worth Pregnancy Center is a non-profit ministry established to serve as a voice for the unborn. Our mission is to help women and their families make wise and godly lifestyle choices, while sharing God's truth in love.

The Center began when some Christian men and women had a vision for how to serve the needs of women in the Fort Worth community. We opened our doors in 1996.

As of January 2007, over 775 women and their families have been served.

Whom We Serve

The women who come to the Fort Worth Pregnancy Center are a diverse group, ranging from junior high and high school students to women who are busy with home and career. An unplanned pregnancy can come to a woman of any age, from any socioeconomic background. They all have one thing in common; they need the loving support of someone who will listen.

Women who are in crisis are vulnerable to the pressures of our culture. Our society has declared that a woman has a "right to choose", and then proceeds to tell her what her (only) choice should be. Choosing to end the life of an innocent baby has become the solution that our laws protect, our culture expects.

A woman who is considering abortion needs to receive two things: facts and love.
  • Facts about her unborn child.

  • Facts about the risks and complications.

  • Facts about how her circumstances can be dealt with in a life-preserving manner.

  • Love that is unconditional, just as Christ loves each of us.

  • Love that is without judgment, as we all are sinners and need forgiveness.

  • Love that gives hope, as only He can give.

Every day women are making a decision about their unplanned pregnancy. Can we make a difference? Yes! Together we can help touch a woman's life with God's love. Won't you consider helping?
